When we lost our CocoBear we decided to have him home with us. He went to his final sleep noon Thursday. He was picked up & returned to us the very next day. His ashes were in a beautiful urn with a card from Pet Haven. The card was spot on & continues to choke me up. We just wanted to say Thank you so much. Having him home now brought us much comfort.
It's been 3 years and they still have NOT corrected my dog's death date. Terrible service!!!. After 5 attempts to email, call this place, they still have not changed his date. Such a shame and disappointing to my children who look at this site often. And on the anniversary of our beloved pet passing. the horrible memories of this site still haunts us. IF you have a pet buried or cremated here, double check your dates, then best of luck getting it corrected!
July 28, 2016 My pet returned to me in a Ziploc Freezer bag. I called and asked why she deserved this type of respect they advised they ran out of bags for 3 days and had to find something else to use. This form will not allow me to post a picture, but I think they could have found something more presentable than a freezer section Ziplock blue top bag. They had the nerve to write her name in where the white label/date area should go with a sharpie. I will NEVER use this service again.
I didn't meet them personally but they were so caring and professional. I wasn't expecting Barley to come in a nice copper urn, let alone his paw print pressed in clay! That choked me up before I even left the vets office. They also sent a sympathy card...I felt like they truly cared and knew how hard it is to lose a fur baby. I would totally recommend them.
