As a vendor working with Tracfone, I have to go to some Walmart stores other than my home store. This includes the stores in Lincolnton and Cherryville. Even though this one has less associates to work with than some stores near it, their people really shine. They have some associates that have to cover multiple sections, running between them. They are helpful to everyone, give it 110% and even go above their job descriptions if it means making the store beautiful and the customers happy. I have made comments before that some of their sections are what the stores SHOULD look like, in particular the electronics department.
I'm tired of having to ask for another register to be opened because we are lined up 6 deep with full shopping carts. No one in a yellow vest bothers to open a register like your lovely commercials. Hell they're no where to be found unless you go to customer service.
Nice new store that has everything that you need. Good service with people that seem to want to help you.
I shop at Wal-Mart several times a week. If you NEED help finding something the associates in the department's are helpful IF you can find one. After the first of the year they will rearrange the stores and we will be on a wild chase thru the store looking for what we need. Keeps us on our toes.
Their management seems to be caring, and they really put a good foot forward for everyone, from customers to vendors and employees. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a place that has high quality, even if it's at the cost of a speedy shopping experience.
Not usually a crowded store. Shopping here can be as quick as you can be
