Excellent service, great & authentic Italian food, and amazing staff. Price is very good for the amount that you get. Highly recommend the Spaghetti with Italian sausage or the lasagna.
Used to be fantastic! Seems like sauce is watered down...Rude when you take out! P.s.Take out doesn't come with salad!!! Really??? Same price paid!
While the waitresses are super sweet and attentive the calzones are pretty greasy and can be slightly under cooked and doughy (while still perfectly crunchy)
I ordered a Sicilian pizza...15.00 and some change on menu. Since ive never had one I ask my waitress about it....she said it was very good and I could add whatever toppings I wanted but if I added too many it was hard to get it done properly. So I just ordered my 3 favorites, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions. She said oh you can do more than 3 and I said no thats fine. It did take a good bit to cook but that was ok, i was not in a hurry.....however.....when I went to pay my bill, the total was over $30.00!! I ask why and was informed my toppings for this Sicilian pizza was $2.00+ each! I ask her why she didnt tell me that?
After working for Roma Italian for 10 years I must say that this place I will always call home. The food is simply amazing, the servers are like family, and the environment is wonderful!
All she said was have a nice day....well if I hadn't been feeling under the weather I prolly would have caused a stink but i just paid it minus any tip. I mean why would you not tell your customer this information and then you encourage them to get more, and what end up with a $40.00 pizza!! I had what i thought was a $15.00 pizza, monzerella sticks and a drink. If i had known all that i would have stuck to the regular pizzas! All that comes on those Sicilian is the cheese.....well thanks for the info...you just lost a customer and anyone that asks i will not recommend......poor poor customer service!!
